Attorney Sandra Fuller Stoutmire has dedicated her career to representing individuals and families in Atlanta and throughout Georgia during some of the most challenging moments of their lives. With 16+ years of courtroom experience, she has built a reputation as a tenacious advocate who combines sharp legal strategy with genuine compassion for her clients.

After earning her Juris Doctor from the University of Buffalo School of Law, Attorney Fuller Stoutmire began her career in the public defender's office, where she developed the courtroom instincts and litigation skills that define her practice today. She later transitioned to private practice. During her career as a lawyer, she experienced setbacks which ultimately increased her tenacity, dedication, and compassion for the people that she represents.

Her family law practice covers the full spectrum of domestic matters — from complex high-asset divorces to sensitive child custody disputes and adoptions. Her criminal defense work spans misdemeanor charges to serious felonies, with a particular focus on DUI defense and drug offenses. In both areas, her approach is the same: thorough preparation, honest communication, and relentless advocacy.

She is licensed to practice before the United States District Court, the Court of Appeals of the State of Georgia, and the Supreme Court of the State of Georgia.
